When building a new home, it’s important that not only compare home builder’s level of service, and costs but to also study the list of specifications offered.

At Connolly Homes, we refer to our specifications list as the ‘Superior Inclusions” as that is what they are superior choice. In our inclusions list we let you the buyer have freedom and pick your choice!

We do not stipulate certain models/items that you must use for example the oven you can either choose electric or gas built in or free standing the choice is yours in your new home not ours.

Clients are reminded, when looking at our inclusion lists that many of our inclusions are not offered by other builders.

Inclusions such as stone bench tops to kitchen, window furnishings, pendant lighting, all site earth works, stainless steel built in microwave, generous electrical layout of LED down lights throughout and Invisguard/Crimsafe security screens are a few high end inclusions to mention.
